By using Medicall you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Medicall is a reminder and adherence tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a licensed healthcare professional. Always follow guidance from your doctor or pharmacist for medical decisions.

Sign-in is via Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and sign-in methods secure. Provide accurate information when creating care profiles and medicine schedules.

Optional prescription slip scanning uses camera capture and automated / AI reading to suggest medicines from a slip photo. AI can be wrong — especially with handwriting, blurry photos, or similar medicine names. Suggested results are not guaranteed. You must review and confirm every medicine, dose, and timing against the original slip before saving. Medicall is not liable for errors from automated reading that you confirm or edit.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use Medicall for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and billing periods are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before renewal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medicall is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed doses, notification delivery failures, AI misreads of prescriptions you confirmed, or decisions made based on app data.

You may stop using Medicall at any time and can delete your account in the app. We may terminate access if these terms are breached.
